Seeking motivated individual to provide community support, coordinate and link resources and assist clients with obtaining and maintaining independence in the community. Bachelor's degree in human services related field preferred; at least 12 credit hours of course work in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, or related social service area required. Family Based Mental Health Worker
The Family Based Mental Health Program is seeking a Mental Health Worker to be part of a team serving children and their families providing intensive in-home family therapy, case management, and crisis support throughout Erie County. A Bachelor’s Degree in the social service field plus 1 year experience in a CASSP system program is required. Flexible work schedule. Requires evenings and occasional weekends.
