Corry Counseling of LECOM Health (CCLH) is looking for someone with strong communication and supervisory skills to lead a team of competent and caring staff who provide care and coordination of programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As a Program Specialist in a residential setting, you will work with and supervise Direct Support Staff and 8 individuals living in a residential homes.
This is a full-time 40 hour week position with on-call requirements.

Program Specialist-Residential responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Monitoring and supervising Residential staff
-Planning, developing and recommending ISP (Individual Support Plans) updates and revisions
-Monitoring and coordinating services for individuals
-Maintaining communication with Residential staff, support staff, parents/guardians and other service agencies
-Participate in hiring and training of Residential staff
-Be a role model
-Support CCLH mission and vision
Qualifications for Program Specialist-Residential:
-A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability or autism
-A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability or autism
-An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
