Goal 1: Corry Counseling will maintain organizational sustainability.

Objective 1: Corry Counseling of LECOM Health net revenue will exceed losses for FY 2022/2023.

Objective 2: Corry Counseling of LECOM Health will align with and enhance organizational infrastructure across the behavioral health service lines of the LECOM Health System.

Objective 3: Corry Counseling of LECOM Health will improve the revenue cycle to gain efficiencies, enhance performance, and maintain compliance.

Goal 2: Corry Counseling will establish and maintain workplace culture that enhances staff engagement and morale

Objective 1: Corry Counseling of LECOM Health will implement and maintain a trauma-informed care framework in its daily operations.

Objective 2: Corry Counseling of LECOM Health will facilitate wellness activities and promote education and training opportunities to support well-being of the staff.

Goal 3: Corry Counseling will develop a supportive and integrated infrastructure that optimizes patient access, experience and treatment outcomes.

Objective 1: Corry Counseling of LECOM Health will continue to explore options and feasibility of expanding ID community living group homes in the Corry Area.

Objective 2: Corry Counseling of LECOM Health will continue to develop and monitor Key Performance indicators to meet a high-quality standard of care.
